We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. We always want to make things right, and due to the nature of custom manufacturing, not every item is available for return. Contact us within 10 days of your delivery and we'll provide a solution. If the item is a special pre-sale product, production has begun and orders cannot be canceled after the pre-order period has ended.
Production & Shipping
The large majority of our products are custom and made-to-order. We enjoy bringing the love for your community into the products that are being made. This means that sometimes they may be very limited in manufactured numbers or a special custom order design. This means they are made on demand so please allow a few business days for the orders to be completed and shipped. This also will only occur once the preorder period is over on a special pre-sale. We do our utmost best to complete all of our production in a timely fashion.
